About the Author
Paul Lundberg has been teaching Shiatsu since 1976. His own teachers have included Pauline Sasaki, Ohashi, Bill Tara, and Shinmei Kishi in Japan and England. He is a Founder and Director of the Shiatsu College, UK, and has a practice in Shiatsu and acupuncture in Sussex, England, as well as a continuing interest in Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Tao Yin Fa.
