This is the companion to "Teaching Aikido to Children" by Bruce Bookman. This is a study guide for children that tutors them through all the testing requirements of the Seattle Aikikai children's program. Bookman Sensei is featured demonstrating all the testing requirements with an adult uke partner. The terminology is superimposed on the screen as Bookman sensei narrates. Techniques are shown in slow motion and at normal speed repeated from different camera angle. A great study guide for adults too!
