As a pioneer of Aikido in Germany he started with this martial art more than 40 years ago.
Since 1985 he has been a professional aikido-instructor and runs an aikido-school in Siegen.
This second film of the educational film-series „Aikido fundamental techniques vol.2" shows central throw techniques like shiho-nage, kote-gaeshi, irimi-nage, sumi-otoshi and many more.
The techniques are combined with the first ten attack forms of Aikido.
Thus beginners and advanced fighters receive a broad introduction into the multi-variant part of throw techniques in Aikido.
