Jeet Kune Do, or "The Way of the Intercepting Fist" is one of the most studied, yet least understood martial sciences
in the world. Living in a blended society of many different ethnicities and nationalities, today's martial artist has the unique advantage of being able to train many different systems. Jeet Kune Do was the analysis and study of various arts, which were ultimately crystallized into the individual's unique martial expression. Barry Dixon, a long time student and teacher of the original form of Jeet Kune Do as it has been taught and practiced for over 30 years, now reveals training methods, concepts and applications faithful to the source.
Barry Dixon continues his instruction by teaching the JKD concepts and technique of conditioning skills. Authentic Jeet Kune Do as originally taught in the famous College Street Dojo in Los Angeles' Chinatown.
