Aoki Shinya is a Waseda University graduate, former civil servant, and an unusual mixed martial arts world champion. What is the reason that the author, who was a reserve in the judo club in junior high school, became one of Japan's top fighters? He shares his unique life philosophy, such as "quickly cut ties with people who have different sensibilities" and "don't go to business meetings because it will shake up your ideas." This is a must-read for anyone who wants to cut off the noise around them and find their own happiness.
