On July 27, 2003, nearly 240 participants from around the world convened in Glenwood Springs, Colorado for the 23rd Annual Boulder Aikikai Summer Camp
in the Rockies. At hand was a week of intensive aikido training, led by Master instructors Mitsugi Saotome shihan, Frank Doran shihan, Hiroshi Ikeda shihan, and special guest instructor, Christian Tissier shihan. In the highly charged (if somewhat thin) atmosphere, students were treated to close proximity to these
talented and gifted teachers.
Now, others can experience the techniques, applications and personality of Christian Tissier shihan through this professionally edited video, a must for every collection. The viewer is treated to 120 minutes of uninterrupted highlights of Tissier shihan's empty-hands classes. Gleaned from hours of classes and featuring clear displays of techniques and signature interpretations, this disc presents a valuable opportunity for study.
